  Weekly Planning Pack
  From TemplatedAI.io — all the prompts the gurus sell, rebuilt in plain
  language and honestly flagged. 7 skills, 0 tested. A weekly operating rhythm for people whose to-do system keeps collapsing. The flagship — free forever, including the workflow.

  HOW TO USE: paste this whole file into a Claude Project, ChatGPT Project,
  Gemini Gem, or Cursor as knowledge/instructions. Then ask your AI to use
  a skill by name.

  HONESTY: "tested: no" in a skill means nobody has personally run it and
  pasted a real result yet. Use it — just judge the output yourself.

# Brain Dump Sorter

## What it does
Empties everything from your head — tasks, errands, worries — and sorts it into today / this week / not actually urgent, with a blunt call on what to cut.

## When to use it
- Your day feels overwhelming before it starts
- You're carrying a mental list and afraid of dropping something
- First step of any planning session

## The skill
```
I'm listing everything on my mind right now — tasks, errands, things
I'm worried about forgetting. Unsorted, small stuff included:
[DUMP EVERYTHING]
Sort it into exactly 3 lists:
1. MUST HAPPEN TODAY — things with real consequences if skipped today
2. MATTERS, CAN WAIT — important within days, not hours
3. FEELS URGENT, ISN'T — things creating noise in my head without a
   real deadline. Say why each one landed here.
Then be honest:
- Am I overloaded? If yes, name specifically what to cut or delay —
  don't just tell me to "prioritize".
- If anything I listed is actually a worry rather than a task, say so
  and suggest the one action that would quiet it.
```

## Example output
[TO FILL AFTER TESTING]

## Tweaks
- Do it by voice-to-text — dumping out loud is faster and more honest
- Feed list 1 straight into the Realistic Day Planner

# Realistic Day Planner

## What it does
Builds a time-blocked schedule around your actual available hours — with buffers — and tells you straight when you've planned more day than exists.

## When to use it
- Every morning, after sorting your list
- Your plans keep collapsing by noon
- Days with fixed commitments squeezing your free time

## The skill
```
Today's tasks (already prioritized): [PASTE LIST]
Fixed commitments and unavailable times: [MEETINGS, WORK HOURS, ETC.]
When my energy is highest: [MORNING / AFTERNOON / EVENING]
Build a time-blocked schedule for today. Rules:
- Add buffer between blocks — assume everything runs 25% longer than
  I think.
- Put the hardest task in my high-energy window.
- Include a real break. Not "if time allows" — scheduled.
- REALITY CHECK: if this doesn't fit in the hours available, say so
  plainly and tell me which tasks to move to tomorrow. Do not
  compress buffers to make an impossible day look possible.
```

## Example output
[TO FILL AFTER TESTING]

## Tweaks
- Add "I always underestimate [type of task]" once you learn your pattern
- Ask for the schedule in a copy-pasteable format for your calendar

# Weekly Reset

## What it does
Five minutes on Sunday that lays your goals across the week around fixed commitments — so you steer the week instead of reacting to it.

## When to use it
- Sunday night or Monday morning, every week
- Weeks with a deadline or big deliverable to work backward from
- After a chaotic week, to take back control

## The skill
```
Planning my week.
Main goals this week (max 3): [GOALS]
Fixed commitments: [MEETINGS, APPOINTMENTS, RECURRING EVENTS]
Build a week layout:
- Fit goal-work around the fixed commitments, biggest goal gets the
  best slots.
- Buffer time every day for the unexpected — a week with no slack is
  a plan to fail.
- Tell me which day is realistically my LIGHTEST, so I know where
  things can move when the week punches back.
- If 3 goals don't fit around my commitments, say which one to drop
  this week rather than pretending all 3 fit.
```

## Example output
[TO FILL AFTER TESTING]

## Tweaks
- Add last week's review output so the plan learns from what happened
- Keep goals to 3 max — more than that is a wish list, not a plan

# Session Task Tracker

## What it does
Makes the AI silently collect every task, follow-up, and deadline you mention during a conversation, then hand you one organized list at the end — nothing slips.

## When to use it
- Start of any planning or brainstorming conversation
- Long working sessions where to-dos surface as side comments
- You keep remembering commitments only after it's too late

## The skill
```
For the rest of this conversation: quietly track anything I mention
needing to do, follow up on, or remember. Don't interrupt to confirm
each one — just collect.
When I say "wrap up" (or the conversation ends), give me one list
titled THINGS TO REMEMBER:
- Sorted by time sensitivity, most urgent first
- Any specific date or deadline I mentioned flagged in bold
- Anything I mentioned twice marked with (x2) — repetition means it's
  weighing on me
- If something I said was vague ("deal with the insurance thing"),
  turn it into a concrete next action
```

## Example output
[TO FILL AFTER TESTING]

## Tweaks
- End sessions with "wrap up" as a habit trigger
- Paste the output list into tomorrow's Brain Dump Sorter — the loop closes itself

# Honest Weekly Review

## What it does
A blunt end-of-week debrief that finds the pattern in what you keep NOT doing — and gives you one specific change, not a motivational speech.

## When to use it
- End of every week, especially the messy ones
- The same tasks keep rolling over week after week
- Before your Weekly Reset, so next week's plan learns something

## The skill
```
Here's how my week actually went:
- Got done: [LIST]
- Didn't get to: [LIST]
- Where it went off track: [WHAT HAPPENED]
Be honest with me:
1. THE PATTERN — What keeps showing up in what I fail to finish?
   Look at the type of task, not just the task.
2. THE REAL CAUSE — Is it my planning, my time estimates, or
   something I keep avoiding? Pick one and defend it with evidence
   from what I told you.
3. ONE CHANGE — A single specific adjustment for next week. Not
   "manage time better" — something I could explain to a friend in
   one sentence and they'd know exactly what I'm doing differently.
Rule: no praise padding, no "you did great considering". If avoidance
is the pattern, name what I'm avoiding.
```

## Example output
[TO FILL AFTER TESTING]

## Tweaks
- Save each week's answer — after a month, feed all 4 in and ask for the meta-pattern
- Run it even on good weeks; knowing why a week worked matters as much

# Habit & Energy Check-in

## What it does
A weekly one-at-a-time interview about the habits underneath your schedule — sleep, training, screens — ending with which ones are real, which you're dodging, and one small fix.

## When to use it
- Weekly, alongside your review
- Your schedule looks fine on paper but you're running on fumes
- A habit streak quietly died and you haven't admitted it yet

## The skill
```
Habits I'm building or maintaining: [E.G. SLEEP BY 11, DAILY WALK,
LESS PHONE AT NIGHT]
Interview me about them ONE AT A TIME — ask, wait for my answer, then
move to the next. Don't dump all questions at once.
After the last one, give me:
1. WORKING — habits that are actually holding, based on what I said
   (not what I claimed in the first sentence).
2. QUIETLY AVOIDING — where my answers got vague or defensive. Quote
   my own words back to me as evidence.
3. ONE ADJUSTMENT — the smallest realistic change for next week on
   the habit that matters most. Shrink the habit before you schedule
   more willpower.
Rule: no motivational push. If a habit is dead, say it's dead and
help me restart it smaller.
```

## Example output
[TO FILL AFTER TESTING]

## Tweaks
- Answer by voice — you hear your own excuses in real time
- Track energy 1-10 each day for a week first; feed the numbers in

tools_required: [Any AI chat (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) — free tiers work]
cost: free
time_to_set_up: 0 minutes
version: 1.0
source: original system built from 6 adapted prompts (see /library productivity skills)

# The Weekly Planning Loop

## What it does
Six prompts chained into one repeating weekly system: plan the week, run each day, capture everything, review honestly, adjust. The loop closes — each step feeds the next, and the system improves itself weekly.

## What you need
Any AI chat app and the 6 productivity skills from the library. No subscriptions, no setup.

## Setup (one time)
None. Optionally save the 6 prompts somewhere you can paste from fast (notes app, or as saved snippets).

## The workflow (weekly rhythm)

**Sunday evening — 10 min**
1. Honest Weekly Review (on the week that just ended)
2. Habit & Energy Check-in
3. Weekly Reset — feed it what the review told you

**Every morning — 5 min**
4. Brain Dump Sorter (start the session with Session Task Tracker active)
5. Realistic Day Planner — feed it the sorted "today" list

**Every evening — 1 min**
6. Say "wrap up" — the Session Task Tracker hands you tomorrow's starting list

That's the whole loop: the tracker feeds the dump, the dump feeds the day, the days feed the review, the review feeds next week's plan.

## Maintenance habits
- The Sunday session is the keystone — if you only keep one piece, keep that
- Monthly: paste your 4 weekly reviews back in and ask for the meta-pattern
- When the loop breaks (it will), restart with just the morning dump — smallest piece first

## What we stripped
The source framed each prompt as a standalone life-fix ("this single prompt turns chaos into a plan in under a minute"). Individually they're fine; the actual value is the loop — no single prompt improves anything if there's no review feeding the next plan. We also removed the implied promise that organizing tasks fixes overwhelm; the habit/energy check exists precisely because it often doesn't.
