2. Rank them in a table: Speed to first revenue | Probability of
   working | Long-term upside | What it demands most of.
3. Challenge my assumptions: which of my listed assets am I probably
   overvaluing, and what am I not seeing as an asset?
4. For the top-ranked one: the first 3 concrete moves, this week.

Rules: no revenue fantasies. If an opportunity needs an asset I
don't have, say what it costs to get it instead of assuming it away.
