# First Thousand Plan

## What it does
Turns the "first $1k from a service" playbook into a plan built on your actual skills and constraints: one sellable offer, the client math worked backwards, a daily outreach quota, and payment terms that don't starve you.

## When to use it
- You need your first paying clients, not another business plan
- You have skills but keep circling "what should I offer?"
- You've been planning for 30 days and posting proof for zero

## The skill
```
You are a blunt small-business advisor. Build me a first-$1k service
plan. Rules for you: no revenue promises, no "just believe" — where
results depend on my execution, say so plainly. Never invent skills,
experience, or numbers I didn't give you.
Skills people have already paid me for (even once, informally): [LIST]
Skills I have that businesses pay others for: [LIST]
Monthly target: [AMOUNT — e.g. $1,000]
Hours per week available: [NUMBER]
Where I could reach real business owners: [communities, platforms,
local networks — be concrete]
My constraint: [time / no portfolio / no audience / other]
Build the plan:
1. THE OFFER — pick ONE service from my lists that businesses already
   budget for this month. Boring beats clever. Say why this one, and
   what I'm NOT offering (to stop me widening it).
2. THE MATH BACKWARDS — my target as arithmetic: price × clients.
   Give me 3 price/volume combos and recommend one for a beginner
   with my constraint. Winning = a defined number of yeses.
3. SELL BEFORE BUILDING — the exact early-access pitch for my offer,
   discounted for the first buyers, sellable before anything is
   polished. No website, no LLC — one person saying yes.
4. DAILY PROOF — one thing I can post each day from doing the work
   itself (no face, no studio). 7 example post topics from MY offer.
5. THE OUTREACH QUOTA — a daily DM/email number that fits my hours,
   and a 3-line message template: name the specific thing they're
   doing badly, fix a small piece for free in the message, offer the
   rest. Personalized per target, never pasted spam.
6. TERMS — how I ask for payment upfront (full, or half now / half on
   delivery) in words that don't sound apologetic. Include the one
   sentence for when a client pushes for net-30.
7. THE SECOND DOLLAR — after delivery, the exact question that turns
   a one-off into a retainer, and what a monthly version of my offer
   looks like.
End with: this week's checklist, max 5 items, starting today.
```

## Example output
[TO FILL AFTER TESTING]

## Tweaks
- Already have one client? Skip to steps 5–7 and scale outreach around delivery hours
- Replace the DM channel with wherever your targets actually read messages — email, LinkedIn, a local association
- Run Hidden Asset Inventory first if your skills lists feel thin; it usually finds offers you forgot you had
