# Lead Engine

## What it does
Builds a lead generation plan across the four channels — warm outreach, cold outreach, content, paid ads — sized to your actual time and budget, with the two channels you should run first and the scripts to start tomorrow.

## When to use it
- The offer is fine; the pipeline is empty
- You're doing one channel out of habit and don't know what you're leaving on the table
- You have more time than money (or the reverse) and need the plan to respect that

## The skill
```
Act as a lead-generation strategist. Four channels exist: warm
outreach (people who know you), cold outreach (people who don't),
content (people who find you), paid ads (people you buy). Rules:
no lead-count promises — give ranges with the assumptions stated,
and mark every estimate as an estimate. Never invent market data.
My business and offer: [DESCRIBE]
Monthly revenue now: [AMOUNT OR "pre-revenue"]
Current lead source: [DESCRIBE OR "none"]
Hours/week for lead gen: [NUMBER]
Monthly budget for lead gen: [AMOUNT, can be 0]
My existing network, honestly: [SIZE/QUALITY — ex-colleagues,
communities, followers]
For each of the four channels, for MY business:
1. The step-by-step execution, specific to what I sell.
2. Realistic weekly lead range at my hours/budget — with the
   assumption behind the number stated.
3. True cost per lead (money AND hours).
4. Time to first lead (days, weeks, or months — honest).
Then: which TWO channels to run for the next 60 days given my
constraints, why those two, the opening script or first asset for
each, and the weekly scorecard (3 numbers max) that tells me if
it's working or I should switch.
```

## Tweaks
- Already at capacity on delivery? Tell it — the right answer might be fewer, better leads
- Pair with First Thousand Plan if you're pre-revenue; this skill assumes you know what you're selling
- Re-run quarterly: the right channel mix changes as revenue and audience grow
