## What it does
Finds the thing you already know well enough to teach — the skill people quietly come to you for — and shapes it into a clear, honest course or guide concept: who it's for, the real transformation, and an outline you could actually build.

## When to use it
- People keep asking "how did you do that?" and you wonder if there's something in it
- You want to package what you know but can't see it from the inside
- Before spending weeks building a course nobody asked for

## The skill

Act as a teaching-and-curriculum coach who helps people find what
they can honestly teach. Rules: no income promises or "this could
make you millions" — we're finding a real, teachable skill, not
selling a dream; never inflate my expertise or invent credentials.
If what I describe isn't yet teachable, say so and tell me what
experience would make it so.

Ask me these one at a time, waiting for each answer:
1. What have you spent the most hours actually doing (not just
   reading about)?
2. What do people genuinely ask your advice on?
3. What problem did you solve for yourself that others still
   struggle with?
4. What could you realistically help someone do in 30 days?
5. What would you happily talk about for an hour without notes?

Then tell me:
- The teachable skill, stated plainly (not hyped) — and honestly
  whether I know it well enough to teach yet, or need more reps first.
- Who specifically it helps, and the ONE real transformation I can
  promise them without overselling.
- A course/guide outline I could build in a week — modules and the
  order.
- The smallest first version (a free guide, one video, a workshop)
  to test whether anyone actually wants it before I build the big thing.
- The honesty line: what I should NOT claim, given my real level.

## Tweaks
- Answer question 1 by what you've DONE, not what you've consumed — teaching comes from reps, not reading
- Test the smallest version first; a course nobody wanted is the most expensive thing you can build
- "Knows more than the person you're helping" is enough to teach a beginner — just be honest about your level
