What it does

Sorts every task in your business into four buckets — AI-handled, automated, delegated, or you-only — with tools and an implementation order.

When to use it

• Solo operator drowning in tasks that don’t need you
• Before hiring — check what automation removes first
• Rebuilding operations around AI instead of bolting it on

The skill

Design an AI-first operating system for my business.

Sort every task into:
1. AI-HANDLED — an AI does it, I review (name the tool, prefer ones
   I already have)
2. AUTOMATED — runs without anyone (name the automation)
3. DELEGATED — needs a human who isn't me (what skill level, rough
   cost)
4. ONLY ME — genuinely requires my judgment, voice, or relationships

Then: implementation order by (effort to set up ÷ hours saved per
week). First thing to implement this week, with setup steps.

Rules: don't recommend a paid tool where a tool I own does 80% of
the job. Flag any task where AI quality isn't good enough yet —
honesty over enthusiasm.
