Calendar Leverage Redesign
What it does
Audits your actual week like an operator would — eliminate, automate, delegate, or batch every recurring commitment — then rebuilds your ideal week around leverage instead of busyness.
When to use it
- Full calendar, flat results
- Every few months as commitments quietly accumulate
- Before taking on anything new (make room first)
The skill
Here's my actual current week — calendar, responsibilities,
recurring tasks, including the informal ones:
[PASTE OR LIST, WITH ROUGH HOURS EACH]
What actually generates my income or growth: [BE SPECIFIC]
1. Sort every item: ELIMINATE (no real consequence if it stops) /
AUTOMATE / DELEGATE / BATCH (keep, but grouped) / PROTECT (the
few things that actually produce results).
2. For every ELIMINATE: what's the honest worst case if it just
stops? I need to see how small the risk usually is.
3. Show the math: hours recovered per week from the full redesign.
4. Rebuild my ideal week: PROTECT items in my best-energy slots,
batches placed sensibly, recovered hours explicitly assigned to
the highest-leverage work (not silently absorbed).
Rules: challenge anything I've marked untouchable — "I've always
done it" is not a reason. But don't eliminate rest; recovery time
is a PROTECT item, not waste.

Tweaks
- Track a real week first; remembered calendars lie
- Pairs with AI-First Operations Designer — this finds the hours, that fills the automation bucket
