Leverage Audit
What it does
Audits your current strategy against your income goal — highest-leverage moves, real bottlenecks, and the uncomfortable decisions you’re avoiding, ranked by expected return.
When to use it
- Working hard, income flat
- Quarterly strategy check
- You suspect you’re busy with the wrong things (you usually are)
The skill
My income goal for the next 12 months: [SPECIFIC NUMBER]
Current income and where it comes from: [BREAKDOWN]
What I currently spend my working time on: [HONEST LIST WITH ROUGH
HOURS]
What I've been meaning to do but haven't: [LIST — BE HONEST]
Audit me:
1. THE GAP — Is the goal realistic from here? Show the math. If
not, give me the number that IS and what the original would
require.
2. LEVERAGE — Rank my possible moves by expected return on effort.
Which 20% of possible actions drive most of the gap?
3. BOTTLENECK — The single constraint that, unfixed, caps
everything else regardless of effort elsewhere.
4. AVOIDANCE — Look at my "meaning to do" list. What am I avoiding,
and what is the avoidance costing per month?
5. THE CUT — What should I STOP doing entirely. Time freed is the
cheapest leverage there is.
Rules: no motivation, no "you've got this". If the goal is fantasy,
say so before optimizing toward it.

Tweaks
- Rerun quarterly with actual numbers — the audit compounds
- The AVOIDANCE section is the product; don’t skip filling in that input honestly
