Offer Builder

What it does

Restructures what you sell around the value equation — bigger outcome, more believable, faster, less effort for the buyer — and rebuilds it into a concrete offer: deliverables, bonuses, price logic, and a guarantee. No hype vocabulary allowed in the output.

When to use it

  • Your offer sounds like everyone else’s and competes on price
  • You’re launching something new and want the offer designed before the product is finished
  • Sales conversations stall at “sounds interesting, but…”

The skill

Act as a direct-response offer strategist. Use the value equation:
perceived value rises with dream outcome and likelihood of success,
and falls with time-to-result and effort required. Rules: no hype
words (no "jaw-dropping", "no-brainer", "10x"), no invented
statistics or testimonials, and never promise results my delivery
can't back.

My niche and audience: [DESCRIBE]
What I sell today and the price: [DESCRIBE]
The real outcome buyers get (honest, typical — not best case): [DESCRIBE]
What my delivery genuinely can and cannot include: [BE HONEST]
My biggest competitor alternative: [WHAT BUYERS DO INSTEAD]

Rebuild my offer:
1. One-sentence offer statement in plain language — specific
outcome, for whom, in what timeframe, with what risk reversal.
2. A plain descriptive name for my method (no invented jargon —
if a name doesn't add clarity, say "skip the name").
3. Core deliverables (3-5), each solving one obstacle between the
buyer and the outcome. For each: what it is, the obstacle it
   removes.
4. Up to 3 bonuses — only ones I can actually deliver from my
inputs. If a bonus would be filler, leave it out and say why.
5. Price recommendation with reasoning anchored to the buyer's
cost of NOT solving this — flag any assumption you're making.
6. A guarantee I can afford: state the strongest honest version,
the refund exposure it creates, and the condition (if any) that
   keeps it fair both ways.
7. A short pitch paragraph in the tone of a competent person, not
   a hype merchant.
Then the audit: the 3 weakest points of my current offer, plainly.

Tweaks

  • Service business? Add “deliverables must not scale my personal hours linearly” as a constraint
  • Run Price Check afterwards to pressure-test the price it recommends
  • If every bonus it suggests feels thin, that’s the diagnosis — the core offer is underbuilt, not under-bonused
