Your thinking keeps circling the same considerations
You want outside perspective and have no board to ask

The skill

My problem/decision: [DESCRIBE IT PLAINLY, WITH REAL CONSTRAINTS]

1. Take documented decision-making principles from operators known
   for different strengths — e.g. Bezos (customer obsession,
   one-way vs two-way doors), Musk (first principles, questioning
   requirements), Nadella (culture and partnership), Huang (speed,
   "how hard can it be" bias to act). Use only their publicly
   documented principles, not imagined opinions.
2. Apply each lens to MY problem: what would this principle say
   about my specific situation? Concrete, not inspirational.
3. Where the lenses disagree about my problem, show the
   disagreement — that tension usually locates the real decision.
4. Combine into one framework: the 3-5 questions I should answer,
   in order, to decide. Then answer them with me.

Rules: no invented quotes. If a principle doesn't fit my scale
(I'm not running a trillion-dollar company), adapt it to solo/small
scale explicitly.
