What it does

Finds the exact keywords from a job description missing from your resume, and shows how to add each one naturally — because tracking software filters on exact matches before any human looks.

When to use it

• Final check after tailoring, before submitting
• Applying through big-company portals (heaviest ATS filtering)

The skill

1. Extract the keywords and phrases an applicant tracking system
   would likely scan for: hard skills, tools, certifications,
   role-specific terms. Mark which appear in the posting more than
   once — those weigh heaviest.
2. Show me which are MISSING from my resume, in a simple table:
   Keyword | Where it appears in the posting | Suggested natural
   placement in my resume.
3. For each, write the actual revised bullet — natural phrasing, not
   keyword stuffing. If I don't genuinely have a skill, say "skip —
   don't claim this" instead of forcing it in.
