- Clean format that survives both a 10-second human scan and
  applicant tracking software (standard headings, no tables/graphics)

Before finalizing: ask me for missing numbers one question at a time.
If I can only estimate, help me estimate honestly — a defensible
"around 30%" beats a vague "significantly improved". Never invent
numbers I didn't confirm.
