What it does

A final brutal pass before you hit send — reviewed the way a busy hiring manager actually reads: 10 seconds, scanning, looking for a reason to skip you.

Review this application as a hiring manager with 200 applications
and 10 seconds per scan.

Tell me:
1. SKIP TRIGGERS — what would make you pass in the first 10 seconds.
   Be brutal. Formatting, weak first bullet, vague titles, anything.
2. STOP TRIGGERS — what would make you slow down and actually read.
3. THE FIX LIST — exact changes, in order of impact. Rewrite the
   single most important line for me as an example.
4. VERDICT — would this survive the 10-second scan for THIS role:
   yes / barely / no. Don't soften it; a polite "barely" costs me
   interviews.

Tweaks
